Dan Sillin has over 25 years of experience in tax planning, trusts, compliance, and consulting services for high net worth individuals, and start-up and middle-market business entities. His business clients comprise professional service firms, real estate partnerships, law firms, investment management companies, manufacturing and retail firms, restaurants, and medical practices. His individual clients include executives, attorneys, and business owners. Dan offers stock option planning, and he has represented individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board.

When Dan is not in the office he enjoys reading fiction and nonfiction books, hiking, running and performing charitable work. Dan has served on the Board of Directors of the Blind Babies Foundation in Oakland, CA and Call of the Sea in Sausalito, CA.
Dan also enjoys spending time with his family and yellow Labrador in the East Bay.
