WOMEN’S INITIATIVE NETWORK (WIN)

OUM believes in its core mission of attracting, retaining, and advancing top talent. Our professionals are our primary assets, as it defines the quality of our service and our ability to fuel our growth. In order to achieve our core mission we must understand the career challenges and opportunities faced by both women and men, identify barriers by gender, and create innovative solutions that support the growth of individual talent and our business.

The Women’s Initiative Network board is comprised of women partners, with the support of all firm partners. The governing board will lead the design of programs, events, and trainings that will create opportunities for professionals and the firm. WIN will direct efforts in areas that impact women, but is open to all by creating awareness and offering career enhancing opportunities, tools, and resources that are applicable to men and women.
