The Women’s Initiative Network board is comprised of women partners, with the support of all firm partners. The governing board will lead the design of programs, events, and trainings that will create opportunities for professionals and the firm. WIN will direct efforts in areas that impact women, but is open to all by creating awareness and offering career enhancing opportunities, tools, and resources that are applicable to men and women.

The Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance and its Accounting MOVE (Money, Opportunity, Vital supports, and Entrepreneurship) Project releases an annual report on female leadership and gender equity at CPA firms and OUM has been awarded “Best Firm for Women” 3 years in a row!

OUM & Co. named one of Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance Best CPA Firms for Women and Best CPA Firms for Leadership Equity.
