Paul is an Assurance Partner working with public and private companies. When not working, Paul enjoys running, swimming, and skiing. He has completed several marathons, including the Boston Marathon, the Quadruple Dipsea (the oldest cross-country race in America), and the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon. In the "good old days" Paul was a member of the USC water polo team.

Paul Ainslie is the lead partner on several audits of public and private companies in the fields of biotechnology, medical devices, specialty pharma, and technology. He also works with a number of private companies that are in the process of raising capital and going public. His areas of focus include consultations and technical services in matters such as collaboration arrangements with multiple deliverables; sales reserves for product returns, rebates, and other incentives; complex debt equity financing with embedded derivatives; share-based compensation; exit activities; asset impairment; and income tax provisions. Paul has testified in numerous federal and state cases as an expert witness on forensic accounting matters and economic damages. Prior to joining OUM, he was a senior audit manager at Price Waterhouse & Co.

Clara is an Assurance Partner by day and supermom by night (Barbies are her specialty!). This French Canadian native traded in her parka and snow boots for a pair of running shoes. When not catching up on recent accounting pronouncements or shuttling her daughter off to ballet class, she can be found training for a marathon in a park somewhere or kayaking in the bay.

Before joining OUM, Brad was a senior partner in Ernst & Young's Technology Industry Group and a senior tax manager in Deloitte's Middle-Market Tax Consulting Group.
