Audit Supervisor/Manager

Our Audit Supervisor/Managers work with a variety of clients, both public and privately held, in a variety of industries. As a Supervisor/Manager, some of the primary responsibilities are:

• Audits of financial statements including reviews of quarterly financial information for public companies
• Audits of internal control over financial reporting (as required by Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act)
• Agreed upon procedures
• Other attest related services

The minimum qualifications for the Audit Supervisor/ Manager position are as follows:

• 5+ years of Public Accounting experience required
• b organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements
• A self-mandated work ethic of taking ownership of projects assigned from start to finish with an emphasis on quality and timeliness
• The ability to supervise all tasks associated with audit engagements, including the mentoring and training of staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with ProSystems Engagements a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters in Business a plus
• Certified Public Accountant

Tax Senior/Supervisor

The minimum qualifications for the Tax Senior/Supervisor position are as follows:

• 3 to 6 years of broad based tax and accounting experience within a public accounting firm.
• Proficient in corporate, partnership and individual taxation; including the ability to review returns prepared by staff accountants and provide planning, research and compliance services to our clients.
• b organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• The ability to supervise all tasks associated with tax engagements, including the mentoring and training of staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters in Taxation a plus.
• Basic computer skills, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with ProSystems Tax, ProSystems Fixed Assets and ProSystems Trial Balance software a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate.
